Hari is Chief Data Scientist for The Demographics Group. She is responsible for the sourcing and packaging of data used by the group in presentations, columns and on Advisory projects. Hari’s role has now expanded to include corporate speaking and media commentary.

Hari has a masters degree in data science from RMIT University. She writes a monthly column for The Australian “Real Commercial” property supplement.
Hari has participated in conference discussions as both a panellist and a speaker. She has spoken to audiences across Australia on diverse topics including housing and home ownership, business formation, international education, Australian ethnicity, ageing and the need for strategic planning.
Hari prepares bespoke data-based slides for every presentation and delivers a clear and impactful narrative with summary ‘take-outs’ for attendees.
Hari has appeared on a number of property-based podcasts speaking on Australian demographic trends.
